What's her name ? Ms. Laura Lee

In life you are blessed if you can find a friend who stands by you through good times and bad. I consider myself extremely blessed to have three WONDERFUL women I call best friends Laura Lee, Marsha and Lieu. I recently took a trip to LA with one of my best friends Laura Lee.

She is someone who listens and tells you the truth about yourself. Someone who will hold onto your deepest secrets until the day they die. A person that will welcome you into their family and call you sister. Someone you can be mad at but never for too long. Someone who will brush your hair when you are in the hospital and make you laugh when the doctor says you are dying. Someone who makes you promise to beat the illness so you can grow old together. I thank God for that someone everyday. Thanks Laura you truly are fabulous!!!

Latest Spring Must Haves

While spring is slowly gaining it's momentum in NYC these are my latest must haves. I have absolutely fallen in love with the printed pant.  The pale pink dress from conscious exclusive line at H&M is just the right feminine touch. This would look great paired with light blue blazer for Sunday morning service.

Perfect Time Of Year

Many people ask me what is my favorite holiday, I always say Christmas!!!! Everything that encompasses this season makes it wonderful. The fact that it's my Savior Jesus Christ Birthday says it all.  Because he lives I can face tomorrow.

This is a season for giving and spending time with your love ones. It's a time to reflect on the year and truly see how blessed we are. God has blessed me with three wonderful children Christopher, Madison, and Ethan. It brings me so much joy that my heart becomes full when i see their smiling faces on Christmas morning. I find myself asking God to help me be a better parent lately. I juggle a demanding job that takes me away from them and they are getting so big I dont want to miss a minute.

Traditionally we go and pick out the perfect Christmas tree on December 15 of every year. I torture everyone because I like to take pictures of us picking the perfect tree and decorating it. It's improtant that we capture these moments because one day they will refuse to go with their parents to pick out a tree. So while I still have authority over them we will continue this great tradition.
